Directions

The Aesthetic Medicine Certificate Program is offered by the Academy for Aesthetic and Anti-Aging Studies (AFAAAS™) in academic partnership with the University of Miami School of Nursing and Health Studies. Classes are held at the M. Christine Schwartz Center for Nursing and Health Studies on the University of Miami Coral Gables Campus, located at:

Visitors attending classes or events should proceed directly to the surface parking lot located in front of the School of Nursing and Health Studies on Brunson Drive.

From Miami International Airport (MIA)

  • Take LeJeune Road (SW 42 Avenue) south to Ponce de Leon Boulevard.
  • Turn right onto Ponce de Leon Boulevard and continue approximately 1 mile to Stanford Drive, the main entrance to the University of Miami.
  • Continue straight and follow campus signs toward Brunson Drive.
  • The School of Nursing and Health Studies and its visitor parking area are located directly ahead.

From Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL)

  • Take I-595 West to I-95 South.
  • Continue on I-95 South, which becomes U.S. 1 (South Dixie Highway).
  • Continue approximately 5 miles and turn right onto Stanford Drive, the main entrance to the University of Miami.
  • Follow signs to Brunson Drive.
  • Parking is available in the lot directly in front of the School of Nursing and Health Studies.

From I-95 North

  • Travel south on I-95, which becomes U.S. 1 (South Dixie Highway).
  • Continue approximately 5 miles to the University of Miami.
  • Turn right onto Stanford Drive, the main campus entrance.
  • Continue toward Brunson Drive and the School of Nursing and Health Studies.
  • Visitor parking is located directly in front of the building.

From the Florida Turnpike

  • Exit at Bird Road (SW 40th Street) and travel east.
  • Turn right onto Red Road (SW 57th Avenue).
  • Continue onto Miller Road (SW 56th Street).
  • Turn left onto San Amaro Drive.
  • Turn right onto Ponce de Leon Boulevard.
  • Continue to Stanford Drive, the main entrance to the University of Miami.
  • Follow signs to Brunson Drive and the School of Nursing and Health Studies.
  • Visitor parking is available immediately in front of the building.

From I-75

  • Take I-75 to SR-826 South (Palmetto Expressway).
  • Exit at Miller Drive (SW 56th Street) and travel east.
  • Turn right onto Red Road (SW 57th Avenue).
  • Turn left onto Ponce de Leon Boulevard.
  • Continue to Stanford Drive, the University of Miami main entrance.
  • Proceed to Brunson Drive.
  • Parking is available in the lot directly in front of the School of Nursing and Health Studies.
